ADMINISTRATOR:
Admin can create and manage Online Exam
Admin can create and manage Online Question Bank.
Admin can create Instructions for System-wide notifications.
Admin can create Teacher, Student, and Parents account.
Admin can create student class, Sections and Subjects.
Admin can Activate & Deactivate all Users and All Exams.
Admin can reset/override the login details of other users.
Admin can set event and other users will see this on the calendar.
Admin can set an Exam to be “taken once” or “taken several times” If set to ONCE, the exam will no longer be visible to the student after 1st attempt. But if set to SEVERAL TIMES, the student can retake the exam several times
Admin can set the EXAM RESULT to Show when student clicks “FINISH” or Not display the result to the student. Only Teachers and Admin can see result for further management.

First Step is to Add Teacher. Please follow the steps below:
Login as admin
Select teacher menu in sidebar
Click Add Teacher & fill out all information
Then Click Add Teacher Button

Click Add class & fill out all information

3. Add Section
To add section please follow the steps below:

4. ADD Parents (OPTIONAL – but this will be available as Guardian when adding students)

Select Online Exam sub-menu from Online exam menu
Then click add "online exam" button and fill all fields and submit
Set Question Groups
Login as admin or teacher
Select Question group sub menu from Online exam menu
Then click add a "Question group" button and fill all fields and submit
How to Add Questions to Question Bank
Login as admin or teacher
Select Question Bank sub menu from Online exam menu
Then click add a Question bank button and fill all fields and submit
How to Create Instructions for test-takers

Select Question Bank sub menu from Online exam menu
Then click "add Instruction" button and fill all fields and submit
How to take Exam
Login as student Click on "ONLINE EXAM"
Select "Take Exam"
The list of available exams appear. Click the specific exam to be taken as shown in the image below.
